Pencil Owl makes word search books for kids who already love something. Each book in the series takes one theme a child cares about and fills it with the words that belong to it: the gear, the places, the plays and the legends.

The puzzles grow as the solver does. The first grids are small, with words that only run forward. By the last level, words hide in every direction. Answer keys sit in the back, so a grown-up can check a puzzle without spoiling the next one.
